Enter the Forest of light and dark

News:

We are finally up and running, so feel free to create your characters. Remember, wait until your character has been accepted to use it in the role play boards.

Plot:

Many years ago, the six clans of the forest fought. Each had been given the gift of language from their ancestors, but each language was very different from the others. The clans did not understand each other. Then, the first Star Talker of each Can was senta language by the ancestors. And so, the Clans met and divised a plan for territory and pray which resolved the problem. Afterward, the clans began to separate from one another, and the common tongue was forgotten. Now, a member of each clan has received a message from the ancestors- danger is approaching, a threat to all clans. It is the SpiritWalkers. They walk in both the world of the living, and the dead. The SpiritWalkers have sealed the portal from the physical world to the spirit world, cutting off all communication from the ancestors to the StarTalkers, the members of the clans who translate messages from the stars. The ones who know now carry the burden of warning the clans. But this task will prove difficult. The StarTalkers insist that they must receive a sign from the ancestors; if there was any real danger they would know. They refuse to believe the truth. As the SpiritWalkers draw nearer, bringing darkness along with them, the six who know become more and more desperate to prove to their clans that banding together, recreating the lost language, and fighting as one is the only way to stop the rise of the dark.

It is very warm and humid with much rain. There are storms quite often, but luckily the forest is moist enough there are no lightning caused fires. The rivers and streams are swelling, so be careful of floods.

Kiyans
	Grass Pond This is a dry pond that is pretty deep. It is where the kiyans have camp. THeyeat, sleep, and hold meetings here. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
	Light Cave This cave has rocks that glow faintly in the dark. Kiyans come here to pray totheir ancestors, and other forms of communication. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
	The Opening A large clearing that is home to rabbits, moles, and other rodents. A good place for hunting. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
Knoxes
	Gray Stone Gray Stone is the cave the Knoxes use for meetings and ceremonies. It's echoing walls make it easier for the whole clan to hear. Moderators: Night, Rele	0	0
	Drinking Pool This is a calm, relaxing place where the Knoxes come for a drink. It is a small pool in a clearing, fed by a stream of water which flows between the rocks. This also serves as the clan's camp. Moderators: Night, Rele	0	0
	Hunting Route The Hunting Route is the path that Knoxes usually follow when hunting, as there are many pray animals that live in the surrounding trees and bushes. Moderators: Night, Rele	0	0
	The Riverbed This is a dry riverbed. It is basically like a cemetary- the Knoxes come here to bury their dead or pay respects to their ancestors. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
Narishes
	Water Caves There is a cave systembehind a waterfall where the narishes sleep, eat, and hold meetings. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
	Star Lake A large, cal lake that empties into the waterfal covering the caves. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
	Night Forest This are has many vines and dense trees, little light gets to the forest floor, creating a twilight or darker atmosphere. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
Terrens
	Meeting Tree The Meeting Tree is where all the meetings are held, and it serves as the clan's camp. Moderators: Night, Rele	0	0
	Nesting Tree This is a very large tree where the Terrens nest. Moderators: Night, Rele	0	0
	Bare Clearing This is where the Terrens hunt. They can swoop from the sky and catch pray here, in the open ground. Moderators: Night, Rele	0	0
Saweks
	Termite Mound A termite mound long abandoned by it's creaters is now the camp of the saweks. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
	Great Tree The saweks hold meetings here, also this tal tree is a place for socializing. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
	Sun Stones Large boulders that take up an entire clearing. This is where the saweks come to warm up and relax. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
Reikans
	The Clearing This is a grassy area, enclosed tightly by trees. The Reikans use it for meetings and ceremonies. It's also the camp. Moderators: Night, Rele	0	0
	Waterpool Where the Reikans get a drink and cool off, and discuss the matters of the day. Moderators: Night, Rele	0	0
	Dropoff This is a very dangerous cliff, however there are many berries and etable nuts growing near the ledge. Moderators: Night, Rele	0	0
Sacred Land
	Spirit Cave This is a cave with a pool at the back, if you swim down you can go under the wall and resurface on the other side, the Spirit World. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
	Hollow Ground All six Clans can use this to bury their dead, or they can bury them in their territory, but this land is said to be blessed by the ancestors. Moderators: Rele, Night	0	0
